By engaging TuneUp IT for Social Media Marketing, Guaranteed Account Verification, Graphic Design, or Custom Web Development, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must suspend usage of our services immediately.

Our technical engineers make every attempt to complete tasks within the set timeframe. However, third-party approvals (such as Meta Verification badges) depend on external network algorithms and may experience system queues. TuneUp IT will not be liable for algorithmic delays.

Clients are strictly prohibited from utilizing our digital servers or SMM panels for fraudulent actions, spam campaigns, or hosting malicious code. We reserve the right to suspend any account or order violating this policy without prior warning.

TuneUp IT holds no responsibility for any temporary social media account bans, organic reach drop, or service interruptions caused by third-party platform algorithm updates after the completion and delivery of our services.

All design files, source code, and creative assets delivered by TuneUp IT are the property of the client upon full payment. However, TuneUp IT reserves the right to display completed works in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
