Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our policies regarding refunds, service cancellations, and verification status queries.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated only if our technical team fails to deliver the promised services (e.g. Meta Verification request rejected, Web development pipeline failed) within the agreed-upon deadline, excluding delays caused by client asset submissions.

2. Non-Refundable Actions

No refunds will be issued once SMM campaigns have been fully initialized and delivered, or if a client violates our core User Conduct terms. Third-party advertising budgets spent on social campaigns are strictly non-refundable.

3. Processing Period

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and returned to the client's original payment channel (such as Bank account, bKash, Nagad, or Stripe).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please submit an official inquiry ticket via our contact forms or email support@tuneupit.com with your Order Number and verification details. Our admin team will review and respond within 24 hours.

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where work has been partially completed, a partial refund may be issued at TuneUp IT's discretion, proportional to the work not yet delivered. This will be clearly communicated to the client before processing.
